This tool is built to facilitate the management of the document approval requests for Thales Italia S.p.A.. Through the univocal link received by e-mail, it is possible to access directly to the document to examinate, and then, proceed to the approvation using one of the available signature mode. Please do not share the access link with people outside of the specific approval activity. Once the approvation is concluded, the document is sent by e-mail and will not be available on the portal anymore. To start the approvation procedure push the <i>Sign document</i> button. If the qualified electronic signature feature is available, download the document first and sign it by your own qualified electronic signature software.
The qualified electronic signature is a tool that facilitate the daily management of the document signature. By using it, it is possible to quicken the proccesses without waste time printing on paper, sign it and forward the document. It has the same legal value of your autograph signature and it is also valid in all Europe. If you use a software for qualified electronic signature and the feature is available for the document to approve, push Download document and save the file on your device, sign it with the software you have and proceed pushing Sign document.
If it is not possible to sign the document digitally, and in the cases provided for, it will be possible to perform the signature using your touchscreen device. If you are not already using a touchscreen device, the application will display a QR code on the screen that can be followed with your device in order to "draw" your signature. If it is not possible to use a touchscreen device, you can proceed by adding an OT (One Time) signature using a simple text field.
In case of impossibility to use a qualified electronic signature software, it is possible to sign by OTP mode. This mode let the user sign by filling the form with the signer information and a one time password sended via mail.
It's the tool that let's you choose in wich position of the document put the signature. It's basically a draggable rectangle that border the signature area and it has two buttons, one for cancel and one for confirm the position. This tool appears when the button Sign on this page is pushed and disappears pushing the Cancel button in the same position.
Not always is requested to choose the signature position on the document. If this is the case, follow the instruction on the alert window and use the signature area tool to positionate the signature on the document.
It depends on the document settings. Let the signature procedure guide you pushing Sign document: if it is possible to digitally sign the first part of the form is set to upload the digitally signed document, if it is also available the graphic signature feature, there will be the -I do not have a software for qualified electronic signature- option under the upload input. Otherwise if is not available the qualified electronic signature feature you will be redirected to the graphic signature procedure or by OTP.

Do not worry, the document approvation procedure has two other methods to sign: the graphic signature and the OTP method that don't require a qualified electronic signature software.
